Understanding your responsibilities under the National Law and Regulations

This workshop aims to help new and existing Approved Providers as well as Nominated Supervisors understand their responsibilities under the National Law and Regulations. This workshop will cover the following:

  • Understanding and meeting operational requirements under the NQF;
  • Responsibilities under the National Law; and
  • Understanding of how to apply the National Law and Regulations in relation to education and service governance.

Here's what a few attendees had to say after attending our previous workshop:

"I liked how informative it was. The team behind it were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I was also able to ask questions regarding our service and seek feedback."

"Very informative. Hands on and all current approved providers should attend."

"This was exactly what I needed - the hands on approach to the law and regulations will assist continued learning."
