 The session\, which will include handouts to take home with you\, w
 ill traverse both unfair dismissal and general protections dismissal claim
 s including examining what each type of claim entails and the recommended 
 steps prior to enacting terminations to help you avoid facing a successful
  dismissal claim
 Due to the limited number of places available\, registr
 ations will be restricted to a maximum of 2 people per Principal Member/gr
 oup of centres across all sessions. If you register for a session and are 
 unable to attend on short notice\, please send a replacement in your place
 .
 Getting there: The ES building is on the corner of Upper Edward &amp\;
  Leichhardt Sts\, diagonally opposite the Metropolitan Motor Inn. There is
  NO parking available on-site. If you are driving\, ES recommends finding 
 a metered bay (for at least 2 hours) in the surrounding streets or conside
 r the Wickham Terrace car park run by the BCC as an alternative. For those
  catching the train\, the ES office is just a couple of hundred metres up 
 the hill from Central station.
