Understanding your dismissal obligations

The session, which will include handouts to take home with you, will traverse both unfair dismissal and general protections dismissal claims including examining what each type of claim entails and the recommended steps prior to enacting terminations to help you avoid facing a successful dismissal claim

Due to the limited number of places available, registrations will be restricted to a maximum of 2 people per Principal Member/group of centres across all sessions. If you register for a session and are unable to attend on short notice, please send a replacement in your place.

Getting there: The ES building is on the corner of Upper Edward & Leichhardt Sts, diagonally opposite the Metropolitan Motor Inn. There is NO parking available on-site. If you are driving, ES recommends finding a metered bay (for at least 2 hours) in the surrounding streets or consider the Wickham Terrace car park run by the BCC as an alternative. For those catching the train, the ES office is just a couple of hundred metres up the hill from Central station.
